We believe in training, training, and more training. We make such a large investment in training because it allows us to provide our clients with the best possible service.
Our initial training provides all employees with an immersion-type experience in all aspects of our company. They learn about our history and our philosophies; they even read this brochure in its entirety. This helps them have a big-picture understanding of what we do and why we do things the way we do them.
We require that all employees become experts in all collection laws (both federal and state). They must pass a test on the FDCPA before they can even begin learning about their job. This initial training gives our employees a solid foundation from which to build. It also gives them confidence when they are performing their jobs and allows us to really provide the highest level of service for our clients.
Our training program is very comprehensive and detailed. It is so extensive, in fact, that when we hire collectors away from our competitors, they tell us during their training that they have never even heard of some of the laws we are teaching them about.
