North American Recovery utilizes local attorneys who work exclusively for us as well as a network of nationwide attorneys. We will manage the litigation process and make sure our attorneys have the necessary information to proceed with legal action. If a consumer ignores our phone calls and letters or refuses to pay, upon your approval, we will take the consumer to court. When this happens, we will:

Go to court only if we know we can collect the account—giving us an 85% recovery rate on legal accounts.
Use a law firm which specializes in collections and works exclusively for us.
Pay all legal fees and court costs.
Do all the preliminary work to prepare for court. (Fewer than 1% of our clients have ever had to testify.)

While many collection agencies avoid going to court, North American Recovery views it as a part of our commitment to do whatever it takes to collect your accounts.
