Evaluating the Effectiveness of North American Recovery's Quality Controls

North American Recovery strives to provide world-class service for our clients. We have created a regular, internal evaluation process that enables us to consistently achieve a superior quality of service. We use monthly teleconferencing and regularly scheduled meetings as a way to develop and maintain a quality partnership between our organizations. Upon request, we will provide a written business review report that includes suggestions and observations, a recap of our performance, feedback from consumers, any problems (and resolutions for each), and potential systems enhancements, among other things.
